0W 30 low SAPS mate.

if you have a micrometer or borrow one you can check the disc thickness - if it's less than 8mm it needs replacing.

looks like the lower edge of the pad is leaving an impression on the disc so maybe there is some dirt trapped in there. don't think new discs and pads would hurt to be honest, or at minimum a disassembly cleanup and lubeup

the instructions are in the back of the owners manual loosen nuts on n/s/f wheel back wheels on bricks and fronts on stands so the car is level remove n/s/f wheel and you'll see the drain plug and filler plug drain plug is 3/8 inch square fitting and filler plug is 17mm bolt loosen both...

you also need 2 washers from Honda for the hose, they are £3 each

+ 1 for replacing caliper but not hose, I can recommend brakepartssuperstore, they sell single calipers as well as pairs as long as the disc isn't below 8mm thick and not too rusted & scored you don't need to change it you can check the hose by gripping it and feeling for bulges while someone...

only thing is a litre might not be enough if it isn't then running it on 5w 30 is a hundred times better than running it on below minimum oil

don't even start it if the oil is low, get some in straight away, as the lads say it should be 0w 30, not worth crocking the engine for the sake of the £30 can of oil.

honda strongly recommend 0W 30 some people have used 5w 30 without any problems it's up to you and no-one can make the decision for you personally i would use the 5w 30 until the service now it's a bit warmer but don't blame me if your engine goes pop

dot 5 contains silicon but not dot 5.1 5.1 is ok for the accord

+1, 2 litres for a full flush, Halfords dot 5.1 is thinner than dot 4 which the ABS pump will appreciate.
