2004 2.2 cdti Averaging around 380-400 miles to a full tank, 70% motorway @ 70mph on cruise, no hard acceleration, very little town driving. Using decent quality fuel (not supermarket stuff). I'd have thought I would get more.

What would you recommend... 2004 Accord Saloon 2.2 CDTi EX 225/45/17 wheels and tyres all round No load carrying, no towing, usually only me in the car 95% of the time. Looking for the best combo for economy and ride comfort.

I thought I'd try this myself. I have emailed Honda Customer Relations about a fume smell on my 2004 Accord CDTi. It has 129k miles. I'll post any reply I get, hopefully they will show me a bit of compassion.

There is not a cat in hell's chance of me filling in a spreadsheet and/or calculating tyre pressures/sizes/servicing etc. to arrive at a MPG figure. Thanks for your input guys (genuinely) but I think I'd lose the will to live if I had to do that every week. I think I'll stick with the age old...
