If I get time I'm going to remove some of the trim and have a look for anything obviously wrong, if not I'll pull the unit out and send it for repair.

The dealer cars start at around £7600 or so. I've dropped it to £6650 for now, will see what happens. I figured 10% cheaper than a dealer should be enough.
