I have a Dc2 ITR spoiler that i was supposed to put on my car, but i will buy a ATR one because the same kind of issue!

I don't think is a direct fit, usually accord engine fit on a civic with custom mounts....so vice versa goes the same way! What you can do is put the h22 head on this engine, and maybe the tranny of the b18, but you will end up doing allot of custom work!

Don,t think on oil as a performance enhancer, more to a maintenance must do! If you go with thinner oil you can get more consumption at high loads and temperatures, but changing it at regular intervals, a good oil filter, suggesting the pcx or better, with good oil you will have good performance...

BTW were you find a good brake stopper? I saw one in the member gallery but i think i have to custom made one...I'm so noob on welding, shame on me :lol:

I know that your talking about the 7gen application of that caliper! And i did talk about other alternatives! Of course you will feel the difference between stock accord versus atr, you just said it, brake pad difference! More friction area! But if you could put that same pad on a 57mm single...

Did you find any good thermal gasket(besides hondata) i was looking for that also, but phenoleic gaskets are hard to find for us h22a7 IM! I do also have to make my one baffled pan since nobody makes good ones for H22! I wish i can have the engine out like you, simple 125$ for the BS...

Iacv are different as well as injectors (290cc vs 375cc if i recall correctly), for the iacv you can cancel it, but in winter is not the best move! As for the tensionor why don´t you go for the manual conversion? I have it on my ATR and it´s bolt-on, just make sure to tight it up at the correct...

The ATR pads are the same as Dc2 pads...so the 2piston special pad vs single piston is not an issue! In fact with some research you will see that: EBC ATR pad: DP3872C (main design pad number: 872) Witch is the same design pad for 282mm accord´s, civic 1.8vti, dc2, Legend 3.2 and 3.5, Crv...

Hondatech.info have most of the manuals for all honda motorcycles and cars! But for that particular case it´s not going to be a pdf...is a iso, so you have to install it (run with windows XP) and put the cd each time! Honda uk shared some manuals once in their own website, but now you have few...

Don´t forget the cooper grease or anti-seizing grease, saw some horror stuff because of omitting that! I don´t know you guy´s about that but i use to put some blueprint plain discs with good pads...that´s the way i always did in previous cars. Check out some kit´s on ebay also, some of them...

It´s true that the cams, intake manifold and pistons are the main reason for the 14hp difference... Don´t worry i´m not a little boy who get´s upset about having different opinions, i´m just amazed how some people don´t see how great stuff they already have.... ok if you only have money for...

Are you serious guy's, a modded h22a7 will outperform a modded h22a2??? Come on is the same engine, if you put same cams, pistons, head-work and tuning how come the h22a7 will outperform the h22a2?? I don't know what you get for 360quid down there but i will be able to at least do the exhaust...

I don´t know why the people in Europe is so afraid to play with the H´s or even the F´s... A good friend of mine took the already very powerful H23vtec from japan, aka 200bhp (same cams as h22a7), took the intake plenum out and work the s**** out of it (similar as h22a2)...Tuned with eCtune...
