Just to add, since trying to remove the injector, the car has started and is driving better since working on it, yet no parts have been replaced, keep attempting to change it or let it be , it really dosnt want to come out

Tried everything I’m willing to try, loose clamp running/driving. Trying to rotate it , soaked in diesel, then carb cleaner , no budge, it will bubble a little when I have it soaked when running

Does anyone have advice for me on removing injectors, tried letting it run with it loose no joy , all help appreciated

If you have capable diagnostic equipment, check fuel rail pressure during cranking, should be 300bar or equivalent scale, also as mentioned do an injector leak back test , you don’t even need the test kit if you know what to look for good luck

Injector , what a nightmare to get out

I’ve no idea how long he’s been using easy start, I just used it twice, sounds awfull

Now that car starts the timing chain sounds terrible, so bad it sounds like it could pack up, when warm it’s worse, starting to question reliability of these engines, not to offend anyone

Will stick in a set of glow plugs in time, plus new battery, car start ok ish with bad glow plugs , but starts from cold every time no matter how long I leave it sitting

Hopefully will get my hands on a replacement injector today if all goes well

I wouldn't be so noxious when asking for help from a relatively new (to you) source No malice intended, just need suggestions, I can add to the forum too, I’ll be more careful and refrain from stating the obvious

Thanks I’m aware of the fuel filter issue, and also the rail pressure sensor, no4 injector is returning a lot more than the 10cc a minute stated acceptable by Bosch , the other 3 are within spec, the rail can only achieve about 120/150 bar cranking because of the leak back on no4, was your case...

Car came to me not starting hot or cold , with only glow plug circuit code stored , there in need of changing badly, no other codes,

Owner is unaware about easy start, have not investigated fuel filter but I seem to recall a flashing glow plug symbol relating to fuel supply issues after searching the net, battery was put on charge, plus I tried to start car with charger on start setting, I don’t think it’s cranking speed...
