Dunlop Sport Response on my 16 inch wheels, pretty decent and would be happy to use them again but will be trying out my favourite Continentals when the fronts wear out.

I agree with what others have been saying if you're doing small miles a year then petrol, especially if it's short journeys as that's where diesels are at there worst! However if you do decide to go for a diesel make sure it's had the manifold problem sorted...

In all honesty mate I used to work for an insurance company years ago, and as Richsprint has mentioned, unless you told them about the change to the wheels and tyres to even have a chance at being covered you would have no chance of getting a payout in a claim! I would be amazed if that didn't...

Thanks for this, was having this problem on my recently acquired 55 plate and now working perfectly!! Will clean out the handle at some point but just using the button on the remote all working fine!
