what have you guts paid for a sport front grill?

I'm pretty sure they don't fit either. I was looking around for one and Fahad had told me that it has to be a diesel sport grill and not a petrol one as it doesn't fit. After months of unsuccessful searches and ridiculous prices I came across a mugen rep on ebay for £65 postage included and...

What's the most miles you've done on a tank?

Wow. I get 400ish around town and 520 on motorway being 90% sensible... Even then, the 10% naughtiness isn't that bad. I feel jealous reading you lots' figures :( lol

Does the estate ctdi rear bumper fit saloons?

I know it may be a daft question and I've done a search but can't find anything, but as the ***le says, will the estate ctdi bumper fit a saloon ctdi?? Unfortunately I had a little cracking which has now expanded after tapping it into another car... And I can only seem to find estate bumpers...

Clutch grinding noise at top of pedal

I had this exact problem... It was the flywheel. However my clutch lasted about 6 months before it died on me.

    Another starting problem :-(

Bit late catching up with this thread... But I had this exact problem and it was in fact the fuel injector. 4th fuel injector to be specific. Apparently it was leaking quite badly and it caused the fuel pressure to be very low. Once I had this replaced, it was happy days :D

    Creaking from offside front suspension

Neil, you're a legend for putting that video up! I was getting paranoid with the sound, but it's definitely the ball joint as I've got the identical sound. Cheers bud :)

accord 2006 2.2 remapped feels slugish

I'm getting it done by some relatively unknown dudes by the name of CG Motorsport.. It's worth a risk :P I joke. I'm going for the 8 paddle with a SMF conversion. I'll write an update when it's fitted and will update it as I continue to use it :)

accord 2006 2.2 remapped feels slugish

  I've felt the same Sufi, sometimes it's fine, sometimes it lags a lot. My fuel economy has dropped once again (420ish miles to a full tank) even though I've been driving like a learner  - but I put that down to my dmf needing to be replaced. (don't know how true this is...

My Accord sounds like a tractor :(

She did recommend the 8 paddle and tbh, I just left it to her. The only downside was that 20th May is the earliest date they had available but I don't really have another option. I also just tried driving it again, but the sound has returned, however this time... When I press the clutch down...

My Accord sounds like a tractor :(

Ohh! And while driving home just now... The clutch seems to feel alot better all over a sudden and the tractor sound has been reduced significantly (very minimal sound atm)... I have no idea if this is a good sign or a bad sign :|

My Accord sounds like a tractor :(

Thanks for the advice brett. I just got back after having it checked out by my mechanic. He was absolutely certain it's the DMF as the sound was actually reduced significantly on pressing the clutch. He also confirmed that the noise from the timing chain would be significantly different and...

My Accord sounds like a tractor :(

That was my worst fear, the timing chain. But I thought if it was the timing chain then it would make a loud knocking noise? I'll try get a video up of the sound. As there is a very distinctive sound when I switch the car off also, which is hard to explain.

My Accord sounds like a tractor :(

Hello people, I have another problem with my Accord now! Last night, I was driving to a local costcutter during my revision break, all was fine on the way there. However, on the way back, my car decided to sound like a tractor all over a sudden on low revs and idle. I've read a few posts to...

Car starting problems and jerking sometimes when accelerating

+1. Especially the starting up problem... I had the exact same problem... And it kept getting worse and worse and worse... Until it stopped starting up completely until easy start was used.
