The issue im experiencing is the rev needle jumps when i have my foot pressed all the way in, it usually happens in 3rd or a higher gear but i dont feel the speed increasing that much. Looking at some online forums the clutch is the problem or possibly the flywheel???

Thanks Jon_G, I'm not sure if the flywheel actually needs replacing unless its taken apart to take a look. I've been told to replace the flywheel whilst getting the clutch replaced. I'm not sure if that the correct way but the clutch on this car hasn't been replaced at all and the mileage is on...

Thanks guys it looks like the clicking sounds from the back was coming from the split folding seats which wasnt pushed back properly and the rattling sound from the bonnet disappeared after tightening up by turning the rubber stoppers anti clockwise Thanks again guys

Good shout, whats the best way to unscrew the bonnet rubbers? I'll give it a test as soon as to see if it is a worn bush, is that expensive to replace? Ill also check the folding seat lock to make sure it is in place properly.
