I got a aux adapter for £40 and connected to the cd changer port and I dont have a CD changer. So you'd lose your CD changer if you want to install an AUX device. The aux device will give you rca inputs to which you can hook up any device like mp3, ipod etc.

I stripped mine, still never got it off. I had to reset my cam gear. I know replacing it isn't too hard have access to it while replacing the belt in normal circumstance, remove the crank pulley, timing belt cover, loosen driver side motor mount, slide belt off reverse for install.

To drop it correctly you would need to remove the headliner. I took mine out without removing the headliner to fix a sagging piece of material and it doesnt sit on the track right once I reinstalled it
