i-ctdi aftermarket navigation

I've recently been looking for an aftermarket navigation (on aliexpress) for my 2004 2.2l i-CTDi accord and I've noticed plenty of sellers specifically stating that it does not work for i-CTDi diesel engines (doesn't work with air conditioning) while other sellers when asked told me it works...
