Have you actually had the atf changed with genuine Honda ATF? That would be my starting point. The solenoids for shifting rely on fluid pressure and worn fluid will exhibit at least some of the symptoms you’re experiencing. Don’t simply go by the colour of the fluid.
also have you swapped rims around and had them checked for buckles?
