No doubt this mod sounds super interesting, but has any of you reflashed it long time ago and still have no issues?

Long time meaning 5+ years or even 10+

Im curious to know about your experiences.

only hearsay about the map running afrs too lean in little pockets around the web, but all the datalogs that supposedly proved this have mysteriously disappeared over the last 2-3 months, and the buzz around it has died down. it could be a problem with the testing/logging methodology, or it could be the users buckling under external pressure

I don't have my accord anymore as age got the better of the undercarriage and it got too costly to fix. At the time of selling it (for parts/restoration), I'd been running the map for over five year and had never had a problem. I got it remapped around 70K or 80K (if my memory's correct) and when I sold the car, it was on 150K. I had no engine problems and no check lights the entire time. The engine never skipped a beat, it's just the rest of the car that began falling apart around the engine, sadly.
