Hi, I have recently bought a 2002 Type-V auto, and realised that at some stage the tachometer dial (or the whole white-dial cluster) has been replaced as it does not have the line of lights in it indicating which gear you are in - must have come from a manual such as a Type-R. I have now got a proper cluster off EBay, but of course I need to transfer the odometer from my car to show the correct mileage. How is the LCD box fitted - is it soldered to the pcb, or is it simply click-in? It cannot be too difficult, as it’s obviously been done once already (and yes, I am happy that it IS showing the correct mileage that corresponds with the full service history, etc…….).
