guys note this is for clearcoat scratches only...and if that's the case it maybe possible...but to me those 'scratches' look more like marks that may rub off to reveal a much lesser damaged area. It's essentially a filler and i suspect there is some alcohol involved which helps to 'rub off' the so called marks.
Don't forget clear coat scratches can be buffed out also..doesn't sound too implausible..but i doubt you'll get the no mark at all effect that you're looking for...for that i think you need to get some polishing done...again only if it's just gone through the clear
I've wondered myself whether it would be any good as a clearcoat topup over touchup stick "amendments" or whether it would just come off in the next wash
