hi all, i have a 2009 honda accord mk8 2.0 litre petrol, the engine light came on and was flashing when i started it and went into limp mode, car wouldnt go above 10mph when i tried to get home, there was vibration coming from the engine so i stopped driving it. i called the rac he did a diagnostic it came with cylinder 3 missfire, he did all the checks to rule out the coil & spark plugs and said its most likly the injector. is this common on these engines as iv had many hondas in the past and never had a petrol injector go bad, iv owned the car for 6 years its done around 109k and always used shell (vpower & normal). iv dropped it off to a local garage anyways and asked him to do further checks, but would be good to know if someone else has ever had these go bad on there petrol models, thanks
