Mobile phone not now recognised and I have trouble when I try to pair it.

Accord 22.i-DTEC EX 2012. My previously paired phone will not now work with the car system.

When I ask the system to Pair my phone, it says that "6 numbers are already paired. Which one would you like to delete?" As I have only paired my own phone, there must be previous owners' numbers stored, but if I say my own number it does not recognise it.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the handbook that can help with this problem, so does anyone know if there is some way to find out what phones have been paired, so I can delete them and hopefully start again, please?

I had this problem when I got my car and there's a reset command, try this (from memory I think this is correct)
