I'm looking to install a reverse camera to my 2006 Honda Accord 2.4 (I have the OEM Honda sat/nav screen in the centre of dash).
I haven't purchased the parts yet, but pretty much know what model/make it will most likely be - this one here - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182235651801.
I also believe I'll need an adapter to connect the camera to the DVD player (7-pin connector), which I could make myself for a few quid or simply purchase one like this one here - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175251558911
I'm most likely to employ the services of a electrical professional to install it for me, though often I'll be doing some of the donkey work before giving my guy the call to come finish the install for me.
So, before I purchase the parts, does any one have any idea of the route the wiring from the boot lid would need to take from to the DVD in the centre console? (I prefer doing that kind of thing myself, unless it truly is a nightmare in which case I'll give the lot to my man to do from start to finish).
