The lights on my speedo are completely gone.
I have no idea where to even start with this, any ideas how I can change the bulbs??

Might be a fuse mate. Significantly easier to change a fuse than a bulb behind the dash.
Did they all go at the same time, or just over time? These will burn out eventually, but if they all went at the same time check the fuse.
To access these, you'll need to remove the speedo trim and then 4 screws hold the odometer and co in place. Take these out and you'll have access to the rear of the cluster. From here you can replace the bulbs.

I really hope so, I'm not looking forward to removing the console if its not a fuse.
