Brett you have good taste my friend, although, that's an 8th gen, I'm torn between the mystery bumper and the mugen 7th gen here.... http://www.litchfieldimports.co.uk/product.asp?catalog=201467&productid=000371&ve=&manu=

O yes baby this is very similar to the 8th gen mugen one.

This thread is enough to make one have a little pants accident. Loving it

Hahahahaha didn't mean to get you all hot and bothered boys :)

Agree with the kit thread idea!!! It would help others to see what's out there and identify specific kits etc!

Reminds me, I really need to update my thread, not that there's much to update, but it has been a while!

Here's the other one I'm considering...it's Mugen too but I'm going off it a bit

The first one is a standard 7th gen type s bumper and lip (facelift), except for the extra black lip/splitter fitted too, which is moist
here's one that's been posted before,
http://www.acura-cl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=787760

and same lip/bumper as mine
http://typeaccord.co.uk/forum/topic/3206-my-type-s/page__p__38877__fromsearch__1#entry38877

now just to find out what that sexy little wet splitter is

That was the standard type s??? Sheeeeeeeeeeaaaaaiiiiiitttt!!
So it'll only fit a facelift? Disappointing!! Mugen it is!

That first link was one of the first ones a saw that made me fall in love with the accord!!

Yours looks stunning! Don't know how I missed it, get yourself one of those splitters!! :)

yeah standard type s/euro r facelift, and I thought the bumper would fit a pre-facelift, am open to correction though??

grena's Accord(tsx) is sweet, epic job alright, my one's nowhere near as nice, although it has since been lowered and I got some 18's for it, just need to clean it up for a few photos now

any idea's where you found the initial image of the white accord with splitter?

It's funny, I agree, the old one looks much nicer there!!

The splitter makes such a difference to the white one, really sets off the bumper!

So what bumper do I have? I'm confuses Cause mine is different at the fogs so it isn't standard, i was told it was mugen but i don't think it is, any ideas? Photos on first page of my build thread...

And Baz, I have no real info, I saw it on FB on the "I love driving slow" page!

that is the facelift euro r bumper bud :) iv got the same bar the spiltter (although i would love to have the front spiltter) to do this mod to your car buddy you will need the facelift type s bumper front spiller facelift grill and maybe the facelift hood ad the prefaclift is just a few mm shorter, although hardly noticeable...

That sounds like a lot of expense for a bumper! Actually, for a splitter!!

Maybe i'll go for the mugen!?

if you can get the bumper with the splitter included you will save alot, and plenty of accords being broken for parts (maybe not type s though)the grill will be hardest part to source...took me two years to get mine

Just thought too bud if your looking into the mugen bumper also look into the modulo front bumper looks awsome...

Also Mike, your bumper is standard, it's a mugen lip that you have there, if it's all one piece then it could've been worked for the look (fillers, bonded etc) ;)

I know the lip is mugen, and I had it bonded just for a little more structural integrity, but if you look at the area around my front fogs, it's very different to any others I've seen!

If I had to guess, I'd say it was a diesel bumper due to the depth of the fog recesses, as this was to allow for cooling of diesel lump. and the mugen lip was "made" to fit
