Hello,
I'm currently having problems with the dashboard and clock lights. They lightly dim while using turn signals (hazzard signal doesn't), wipers and reverse lights. Sometimes they randomly dim for no reason. What has been done so far:
Using a more powerful battery (75Ah)
Checking all grounds and alternator
Replacing the dashboard panel

This is a video of the problem: http://s1378.photobucket.com/user/filipetolhuizen/media/IMG_0109_zps408ecbee.mp4.html
Notice what causes it and what doesn't. Any help is appreciated.

I get something similar when I use the electric window siwtches the lights dim on dash and actual headlights, I ***ume dits a power regulator issues.

I get this as well. How come the turn signals causes it and hazzard signal doesn't... What worries me most is that it could cause something to burn.

Well, there seemed to be a little progress on this. After tighting the battery plugs, it got a little better but still happens. The last mechanic I took it told me all of his tests pointed to the panel. Since I tried replacing the cluster and had the same issues, it must be a bad connection inside the panel. What do you guys think?

Sounds like an issue with the wiring, somewhere you are getting a bad connection.
These issues are a nightmare sometimes to work out. I would probably get a car electrician to check. Could be a bad earth connection somewhere

The earth connections were all double checked. On heavy rain it gets worse when driving over a deep puddle of water.

Okay, I found an electricist who fixed it. It was a positive wire with more resistence that was causing that. However, there's still another problem with the dashboard lights which is harder to trigger and isn't related to this wire. When the engine temperature stabilizes, as I drive, pressing the gas will make the dashboard lights dim and releasing it will make them bright. I've only seen this happening about 10 times or less. If the car is stopped on neutral, just pressing the gas won't trigger it. Could it be alternator going bad?
