Hey fellow Accord owners. New to the forum after trading my civic type s for an 09 Accord 2.2 iDtec GT. Car is in mint condition apart from the gear gator. It's tatty and ripped. I thought that like my civic I could just easily flip out the surround and place a new one in. I was wrong. The silver trim at the base of the gear stick is pretty solid and the knob itself doesn't just screw off. Any ideas on where to get a leather replacement gator and not a standard honda nasty cheap one and secondly how do I remove the trim and knob itself without breaking anything?
