Rear view camera installation problem on Accord 2003 with OEM sat nav

Hi,
I was going to install a rear view camera on my Accord 2003 which has an OEM sat nav. I saw this tutorial but there is a huge problem! On the tutorial the DVD-ROM harness is 7pin, on my DVD-ROM there is only one 6pin harness.. So I'm not sure how should I connect the video input, and am I able to do this at all?!

Is there any wiring diagram I can use to make a new video input cable? And wht my Acoord is so badly f**ked up...

I had the same issue. I bought the connector to find it wasn't the same drive. I would also be interested in this if someone knowd the answer

Any news? I'm also badly interested in adding a backup camera in my 04' accord. Does anyone know what are the other unused sockets for at the back of our dvd? Especially the 6pin green one?
