lowering and camber..

Hi everyone... Looking at lowering the accord quite a fair bit. I have seen that online they have adjustable springs ( alternative to coilovers ).. Any one used these..?

also i want to get the camber out on the rears, what parts do i need and any links to sites would be great.

Not sure on the springs, but pretty sure the 6th gens have adjustable camber arm already.
