hi all!
I was wondering what sound would i get if i remove middle ****ler (Silencer) and empty rear ****ler just pipe ?
And maybe more power ?

Thanks

A little more power, a little more roar ;) . Do it!

The same sort of sound when your exhaust has hole and is blowing. :p

and more fuel consuption.....

You won't get more power...hahaha

I reckon that by gutting the silencers it will **** up the fluid dynamics of the exhaust and probably lose power... I you want them gone I'd get straight pipe fitted in their place, but be prepared for difficulty with MOT's/the police ;)

Well I would not do that if I was you. It may upset the EMU.

If you want a more sporty sound, why not buy a new 'big bore' silencer from an accessory shop, which has been designed for the application.

Just louder. All the matting is just sound deadening.

You'll get no more power, just more noise. If anything all you'll do is loose torque due to lower back pressure.

As has been said at worst all you'll get is an EML light on due to the extra flow over the O2 sensor in the centre section.

I bought a 3.5in jap style back boxs sound awesome not to loud in the low revs but when you get in the high revs its like and angry wasp lol

Maybe some tips what can i do with exhaust system to get sound and power ?

Where can i get 4-2-1 manifold for f20b6 ?

what about fi 55-60 straight pipe from catalyc converter to rear magnaflow ****ler ?
and removed middle silencer ****ler, what sound i get ?

^^^^loud lol

An exhaust and decat on the F20 will not do anything for power. There aren't many gains to get from the F20 engine.

Get yourself an aftermarket air filter cone for more noise in VTEC and a rear cat back ****ler will give you more noise in regular driving.

Just my 2 cents if you will.

I fitted a magnaflow high flow cat and straight through to a 4" stainless backbox.

Now before anything else I had jut the magnaflow cat fitted, and the difference was massive

Call placebo all you want but even my friends have noticed, theres a considerable kick at 5k rpm now where as before it was just more noise from the VTEC :)

Car is a 1.8 VTEC SE btw :)

That's not necessraily an improvement in power etc, you could probably gain 1-3bhp. It just means the exhaust is more free flowing and less back pressure, which can improve response, fit a CAI and you will have very good throttle response especially when wide open.

I did this on my old Integra Type R. I polished up my standard exhaust and gutted the back box. It looked superb but sounded terrible. Soon after I went out and bought a Fujitsubo LegR exhaust
