honda accord f20b6
hi, ive got a 1999 honda accord and ive been wanting to put an ATR engine in to replace the f20b6 and would like to know what i would need to do so? is it a straight swap or will i need other things? thanks any help much appreciated

I've done it, wouldn't do it again!

Hubs, gearbox, engine and ancillaries, subframe, mounts, exhaust, and other bits. Then the hardest part is the loom and ecu, requires the entire dash and interior being stripped out.

Way too much work, just buy a type r

Thats the spirit! ^^

Considering the ATR is the same gen and shape as a normal 6th gen, its suprising so much is required for an H swap.

No joke my H22a swap into my 4th gen required less modification.

Nice spec by the way Frenchy. Just read it.

holy **** that does sound like a lot of work, think ill leave it then, thanks for the reply

hey guys what about getting it remapped? would you guys suggest that?

a friend did it on his Bmw and says not only is it a roaring beast but also more efficient?

Theres no remap on these cars, and even if there was there is probably not a lot you can do to the engine.
