2005 2.2 diesel timing chain tensioner

Hi guys new to the forum and was wondering if anyone has a part no or knows we're I can buy the timing chain tensioner without having to buy a full timing chain kit or paying rediculous deal prices thanks in advance. Here is the part no I have 14510-pna-003 but I think that is for the petrol engines only.
