This guide may be appropriate to anyone with the Sport front splitter.

I have had a cracked fog lamp glass for years and decided to do something about it. Removed the lights from the car and my plans to refurbish were abandoned. The lamp itself was rotten. New ones were required as by the time I spent hours cleaning, painting, gluing, cutting etc is it really worth it...

After some research online they cost a small fortune for genuine, UK sellers generally looking for £30 each side for copy parts.

I bought replacement lamps for an Acura TSX from an Ebay seller in the states for £34 delivered. There are hundreds of them listed so should be easy to find. Also check they are part of the Pitney Bowes Global Shipping Program as this negates the need to pay customs charges.

Item received appears good quality, obviously made in China but what aint.

What you will receive is a lamp and housing the correct size but does not have the holes required to accept the splitter. But the lamp itself is just held in place by two screws and compression and swapped no problem.

Simply undo the two screws completely and pry the lamp out of the housing. Fit into your Accord housing and job done.

Removing the lamps was straight forward enough. Putting them back a bit more fiddly to get the securing screw located as its done blindly. No pics of this but may do a How To for the bumper & splitter in a few weeks time to make this DIY a bit more complete.

Hope this helps someone save some cash, Cheers
