CL7 2.0 sport. throttle position sensor

hi guys,
i need a TPS but i couldn t find in any sites.i asked honda service in turkey they said it is out of stock and very expensive for a plastic part,more than 100 pounds.

i checked ebay,amazon and aliexpress,i couldn t find.does k24 engine tps is compatible with my k20a6 engine or other types.
thanks for your help ..

I don't think so, the throttle bodies look very different (click on an image to get full size)

According to the image above the TPS sensor cannot be bought separately from Honda. Tegiwa sells a version for £60, but I don't know if the quality is good.
 
Thank you so much for your quick and clear answers.today i asked again to honda dealer so they said we dont sell it apart from throttle body,they offer me to buy whole throttle body for 3500 tl (800 sterlin)

Does anyone can offer me to buy a OEM part for K20A6 engine from ebay,aliexpress etc.
At least i try my chance before thinking to buy original part.

Ok so what's the difference between an accelerator position sensor and throttle position sensor?

in a dictionary, no difference

but I think you're onto something .....

in Cliff's ebay link in #3 I've had another look and it says 2003 - 2008 HONDA ACCORD 2.2 I-CDTI ACCERATOR THROTTLE CRUISE PEDAL SENSOR

and I had found that partsbase link and drawing in #7 by googling Cliff's "37971 RBB 003" part number, and I've had another look and the partsbase ***le is HONDA ACCORD TOURER 2004 KE 5-DOORS 2.2 EXECUTIVE 5MT

so I looked in Lings at the 2.2 and found this

that WAS NOT the part that the OP needs, but the ebay link may now be useful

As per post #2 you will need to buy the throttle body complete, either new or used

which engine s TPS do you offer me to buy to try for my k20a6 engine

a) k20a2
b) k20a3
c) k24

i decided to buy one of them to try before buying original one because sometimes chinese stuff can be useful as i tried before..
thank you..

note:when i write k20a2 tps on google than click only images i see many tps picture, k20a3 and k24 as well
but when i write k20a6 tps i see only one tps picture and many other tools,items,parts etc..

i think one engine type must be very similar with k20a6 engine
 
^ in #2 you can see that the throttle body for K24 is very different from the throttle body for K20.

I would also think that, if you can get a TPS for a K24 it will not be compatible with a TPS for a K20.

As for different versions of K20, I don't know about compatibility.

cl7 post is drive by wire so probably uses a differant TPS

i think some pictures of what you have under the hood or with the part itself it would help a lot because ukcl9 is right. cheers
 
i checked my tps physically and i saw that it s different type i mean it seems old accord or civic tps because of its round shape.the cables position is triangle but normal k20 and k24 engines tps are straight (3 cable position is linear) like . . .

i decided to buy

16402-RAA-A01 this number.
because i asked again to honda dealer they said you must buy whole throttle body we dont sell only tps.
and honda master can advice me part number for tps.

i couldn t stop and crashed
crash speed nearly 40 kmh but furniture van (full of steel bumber) was stopping and he was braking when i crash him.he saw me speedy from his mirror..

finally radiators,all fans,hood,bumber,headlight,sensors,engine mount etc. many things changed. just waiting for tps now..

only 40 kmh did this,i cant imagine 220 kmh that i was racing with a tuned civic one day ago..
 
Oh my god! Hope everyone's ok. Is it just cosmetic or has it damaged stuff under the bonnet?
 
everyone is ok except my accord
both radiators,both fans,tps,engine mount,bonnet bonnet hinges,locks and plastic parts.i found them used original some of them new..
and i saw that it s more expensive than new accord parts unfortunately because accord is not a popular car in Turkey thats why i love it..not like civic s
