Clock bulbs.

Does anybody know how to get them out please? The only guides I can find are for the ones with the clock up by the heater vents which I ***ume are American one's. Mine is the U.K. Clock which is down beneath the radio.
Anyway, how do you get access to take the bulb out? Extra brownie points will be awarded for anyone who can tell me what type of bulbs it takes

I don't have much experience of getting in to that part of the dash but here's what I can find in the ESM if that helps.
The bulb looks like a it'll be a T5 maybe. Certainly some sort of push in type.

Yeah I kinda figured it out myself in the end. You just undo the gear knob, prize up and off the plastic surround that contains the lever gaitor. Then undo four screws and remove the bit with the cigarette lighter. Then another four screws and out comes the clock. I can now tell the time in the dark now. Fantastic!!

Old thread revival here but does any one know if it's a simple task to fit a clock to my car that doesn't seem to have a clock but just an open fronted cubby hole?
Is the plug hidden behind the console?
