Reset alarm

how can I reset the alarm?

basically my key battery has died, had to open the car manually then the alarm came on. removed the cable siren to be able to drive it home and left the car unlocked with the siren unplugged for the night

the day after I replaced the remote battery but alarm is still on, if I lock then unlock the car a red led on the display is still flashing.

I disconnected the battery for the night and will try again tomorrow, in the meantime any ideas ?

Does the car start or is the key holding this off as well.
you could try the spare key if you have one if not then s trip to honda to code your key again.

happens with both keys.

Was told to start the car and leave it for about 10 mins and should stop

solved: start the car, start driving with the alarm on, after few minutes everything goes back to normal
