Touch screen Sat Nav

Someone is offering me a sat Nav which is touch screen with a DVD player and I was wondering would it be a straight plug and play job instead of the standard unit?

Been struggling to find a suitable thread that answers this question for me. The Sat Nav is out of a 2004. And my accord is a 2005

Do I need to do any checks before I buy?

your car is pre-facelift 7th gen diesel ?
if so, then the A/C will only work with a donor unit from a pre-facelift diesel, but even then I don't know how "plug and plug" it will be to "upgrade" from non-touch-screen to touch-screen
