idtec tourer manual
Hi,
my first post having just bought a 2014 diesel tourer.

Does anybody know if the wheels from a 7 gen. fit the 8 Gen. cars?

I ask because my car only has a repair kit instead of spare wheel, and it is likely the wheels from the previous model will be more plentiful.

Cheers, pete.

I have a 11 IDTEC tourer, with a space saver wheel in the cupboard, I also have two 205x55x16's in the shed from my previous 7th gen tourer, They do fit onto the 8th gen I have tried them, although I have not tried to put one in the spare wheel well, Like you I threw away the goo, at first site. This was on offer a few weeks back?

Or if you like the spoked ones are still with me.

Thanks for the replies, armed with this information I can check out the breakers for a used wheel.

The site will not let me see the links you both posted, is this because I am a new poster?

Cheers, Pete.

Hi,

just to let you know I obtained a spare wheel to-day from Ebay.

It was a 225/50x17 on an aloy wheel from a 7th gen. 2.4 which the owner had broken.

It turned out to be only a mile away from my home so quite a lucky find.

I could not have done this without the above advice, so thank you.

Pete.
