internal parts distributor F18B2 and F20B6

Are the ignition coil and ignitor from a F20B6 engine the same as the ones used in the F18B2? Can acomplete distributor be swapped from a 2.0 to a 1.8?
 
I do believe so being that the engines are the same albeit enlarged capacity for the 2.0
Blue Print live seems to agree also, with just a change in the rotor arm post 2001 on the 2.0
 
As said should be same or work across anyway.
