Honda accord

Hi can anyone help? I have a honda accord 2.2icdti been great until last week. Its on a 05 plate. It wont start with key but will if towed or pushed but drives in limp mode. At first was hust the glow plug light flashing so put a new fuel filter on a proper honda one. That didnt help so changed the glow plugs then that brought the engine management light on. Had the codes read so i changed the glow plug relay as it was is glow plug malfunction and glow plug signal. There was still no joy so a took the glow plugs out one by one and there doesnt seen to be any power getting to them as they are not glowing. Can anyone help? cheers

Check for continuity from the relay and to see if there is a live to the glow plugs. If not then there is an electrical issue somewhere preventing the glow plugs from operating.
