Fitting Fog Light ***embly

Hi,
My front nearside fog light got damaged and I've had to buy a new ***embly unit (off ebay)

Does anyone have any idea how they fit on? Are they easy to fit for a novice?

With the bumper off it would be straight forward:

You might be able to replace a bulb with the bumper on, but I doubt you'd be able to remove the entire lamp ***embly. Hopefully someone will be along who's attempted it...
