Hi Everyone,
A few months ago I picked up a really nice 1999 Honda Accord, 3.0 V6 model with around 100k on the clock. It has been brilliant to drive.
However, I now need to source a new exhaust (specifically, the back box on the driver's side). As I'm intending to keep the car, I'm wondering about replacing the whole exhaust whilst I'm at it.
So, my question is whether you would either:
1. Try and source an original Honda back box and, if so, from where? or,
2. Put a whole new original Honda exhaust system on (would Honda be able to supply this?), or
3. Look at aftermarket options and, if so, what you recommend. For example, I found this on eBay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Accord-1998-3L-Magnaflow-Performance-Cat-Back-Exhaus-15640-/262718786064?hash=item3d2b428a10
Would that be any good or would it be really noisy?
Any other options or opinions welcomed!
Thanks everyone,
Jonathan
