Re-conditioned Power steering rack

Has anyone on here had their steering rack re-conditioned? I'm looking for a company to do this. Seen a few adverts on eBay but was hoping someone could recommend a place that did a good job and offer a warranty.

Not that I know of reading about in the 18 months I've been here.

I though the one on my car was knackered when I bought it, but it was immediately better following changing out the PAS fluid.
Changed it again another 6 months later, and it steers beautifully now, whereas i thought it was fit for the bin when I bought the car.
