Sat Nav Forced Upload on 2011 Accord 2.2 EX iDTEC tourer

Have Sat Nav disc v3.A0 and v3.90, but neither will load on my 2011 Accord 2.2 EX iDTEC tourer. Get error "DVD Disc reading error (incorrect DVD Disc) please consult your dealer". Have researched and found Menu+Zoom Down solution.... but my Sat Nav isn't like the ones in their pictures. My screen is separate and higher up on dash from the control unit for Radio/CD and Sat Nav. My original factory disc works fine, just too old now. Yes, new ones are copies - but from reputable source. Just need to know how to perform "Forced upload" on my system. Can anyone help please?

After all my research, I post the above topic... then by chance find the solution. Insert your Upgrade DVD. Then on cosole, press and hold for 5 seconds on all three buttons MENU, MAP and CANCEL. At Menu shown, select bottom option, then select Version, then Download. Wait, with engine still running, till install bar gets to complete. System will reboot. Hey presto. All working.
