About to buy a manifold back exhaust but it's off an f18 vtec sport saloon, anyone know if it will fit my f20b6 hatch? Wasn't sure on head bolts, port sizes, block length and length difference between hatchbacks and saloons

You could look up the respective part numbers on the Lings Honda Parts website and check if they're the same... http://www.lingshondaparts.com

Isn't it just the internals that are different? I.e. cylinder capacity, bore & stroke? Whether the exhaust ports maybe sligytly larger I'm not too sure.
