Feels like the brakes on the Tourer could do with a bleed so what is the sequence?

Is it simply furthest from the master cylinder to closest?

If you can, drain as much out of the master cylinder as you can with a syringe, straw or even absorbant cloth, without exposing the pipe at the bottom, then fill up with the new stuff. This saves you about an hour getting rid of the old fluid down through the system.

On motorcycles it is also useful to push back the slaves back as far as you can to force the fluid back up to the top before bleeding, but I'm unsure if the Accord allows you to do that.
