Saloon/Hatch Rear Lights

Can you please tell me if the rear lights are the same on both the saloon and hatch?

I've checked part numbers on Ling's website and they are the same for both and some that are for sale on ebay say they are for both models too. But a few people on forums have said they're different. I'm confused now. :unsure:
