Hi Guys
I have a 2001 engine type: F20b6, type Cg9, 2ltrs VTec.
it's turning out to be a difficult task to locate a inner CV joint for my car . Anyone know of a generic driveshaft or from another car that would fit?

Desperate times

Hi and welcome to TA

Honda part numbers can help to search on the internet, start here --> http://www.lingshondaparts.com/cars/oem-car-parts-diagrams.html

when you get to the page with part numbers listed, the part numbers begin with PFKL
to get Honda part numbers remove "_pfk" from the url of the page
e.g. driveshafts for your car with Honda part numbers http://www.lingshondaparts.com/honda_car_parts_selection?block_01=17S1A11&block_02=B__2100&block_03=2484&block_05=hcr

outboard joint set = 44014S1AE01
Have you actually looked up the Honda part number yourself and searched the web for it?

There must be plenty of rusted-out 6th gen Accords being broken?

Yep, copy the Honda part number (on its own) straight into Google

Inboard joints are listed separately , see the link for those
