I want to throw some money at my 2.4 cl9 salon (55 plate ex auto standard uk spec) I'm going to go for the reflash and I want to improve the brakes and handling. The brakes in particular, as I got a lot of fade driving hard back from Cornwall yesterday

So having looked through the forums, I'm thinking of either going for some lower springs or a bilstein b12 kit and a set of EBC brakes and discs. My budget is 2k tops

So what would you guys recommend?

Thanks,

Toby

Koni adjustable yellows with dc5 reinforced top rubber mounts.any springs you like
you will need rear camber arms

As for brakes.i dont rate ebc stuff.i used mtec 28mm ATR front discs.your problem will be finds good pads for the cl9
they will need sanding down slightly to fit the thicker didc.if you still want more stopping power then ATR calipers.not very expensive but are twin pot

Forgot EBC in my experience there a wast of time and poor quality.
Get ATR calipers or even better 8th gen twin pot calipers found on the type S diesel and 2.4
You can stop on a 2 pence on stock disks and pads.

Thanks guys,

What about just discs and pads, what would you recommend and also would getting a set of lower springs with the standard Honda shocks make much difference?
