Washer reservoir leaking replacement

Guys, can anybody point me in the direction of how I go about replacing or even checking the washer reservoir? It looks like have a leak and the bottle isn't holding any water at all.

its in a pretty in accessible place, is it a dealer job or can I take the bumper and wheel arch off and do the job myself?
