Anybody have experience with either coilovers?

In particular do you know the sprig rates? Im looking in to these as I am picking up a Type S tomorrow.

Thanks
Mike

I found out the KW spring rates are anout 9kg/mm front and 4kg/mm with fixed dampening i would say the rear rate is a bit soft for what i want.

Not found any rate info on the H&R, i might go for BC again and opt for an 8k/6k spring setup

I tthink 6k would be perfect for the rear.

I run nitrons on my dc5. 14k/20k and a huge 32mm rear arb

Yeh its huge but also needed on the dc5 chassis.

A progress bar for my cl9 is on the list of mods

i think ive set my mind on a set of tein flex Z. 12/7 rates, the suspension has good feedback from the guys on the tsxclub fb page.

I will. Wont be buying until my cw2 has gone.

I did think about the damping adjustable tein street advance Z that come with 9/4 spring rates, but id imagine the rear to be too soft for how low i want to run the car and i like my wheels fitting flush too. Unless a custom higher rear rate can be specified.

Reviews suggest that the flex-Z aren't actually that stiff but the dampening is really good.
