HELP ! DAB UPGRADE

Hi Guys,
This issue has been addressed on numerous occasions, however I struggle to make sense of it all. Please forgive my ignorance but all I'm looking to do is upgrade to be able get dab radio stations. Can this be done on my vehicle ?? I would like to keep the car as original as possible, as in nothing screwed to or stuck to the dash.

I would genuinely appreciate any help or direction on this !!

AFAIK most DAB kits (incl the Honda one in the thread) come with a small antenna that glues onto the glass
