hi is there anyway apart from stripping down brakes to find out what size and type of discs and pads my car has ? want to replace both pads and discs but apparently there are 2 sorts fitted :unsure: .

Give a motor factors a call, they should be able to give you the information for free even if you have no intention of buying from them.

Give a honda dealer a call with your reg and they will send out the correct brake items for your car.
OEM brakes are the best by a long way IMO and are not much more expensive than after market.
