Hi,

I'll start by saying I tried a search, and found not a lot for bushes.

I'm after rear ARB bushes, my bar is 22.2mm most seems to list much smaller?
And front drop links. Euro supplied ones that were about 10-20mm too long.

Obviously I can go to Honda, but this is a cheap run around shed. And I'm all too used to Honda prices. Ie DC5 balljoints are circa £500 each!

Ideally, a supplier for both, that someone's used would be grand.

Cheers

Honda OEM bushes are not that expensive, droplinks are expensive @€80 ea but last a long time.
Meyle HD droplinks are very good in my experience and I'll be fitting a set shortly.

Does anyone know which ones actually fit though?
As I've already had 1 wrong set of links.
Surely for the 2.2, they all had the same bar fitted? I can understand different bars in petrol etc.

Oddly enough the front droplinks are different lengths between different models. I bought Meyle HD ones for my diesel tourer and found they claimed to fit all 7th gen models but I fitted them anyway, even though they were 8-10mm longer than the originals. That was a few years ago and they've been fine. There is a thread where we discussed this.

I did think about just fitting them, bit was worried they would wear quicker, or the body roll would suffer die to the bar being held out of place.

I've found d bushes, just trying to find the right links now for a decent price.

I also recommend the Meyle HD drop links, fitted them to both the front and rear with no issues. The bushes from Honda are very cheap, I'd go for those too.

Found Meyle 31-160600021/HD which is ns, still looking for os. Gotta be a similar number [emoji5]

Not to necro an "old" thread but I also had some difficulty finding the correct size rear arb bushings. Cheaper aftermarket bushings like febi/bilstein in 22.2mm just don't exist here, and as OP states, genuine Honda ones will work, but I chose to go the aftermarket polyurethane route, and a 22mm or 7/8ths imperial fits the rear 22.2mm arb.
So I bought a set of Energy Suspension 9.5108G bushings off ebay.
They're sized and profiled a little differently but comes with lubricant, brackets(which I had to grind down slightly on one end) and washers. In the end they do slip on easily and fit well. If you're incredibly picky with fitment you could drill them out slightly but I saw no point in doing so as the gaps were closed once the brackets were fitted.

ps they also come in red ;p

+1 for the Meyle HD drop links (from eBay), installed them front and rear.
Much better quality than the Honda ones.
