Sat-Nav DVD Rom

Does anyone know if you can use any of the DVD roms from newer cars? I have a 2003 tourer and mine is playing around a bit, it will only work if I put the key in the ignition and start the car in one quick go.
I've looked on e-bay and all the units look different to mine, mine does not have the fan on the rear, I see all the newer ones do and have a lot more plug connections, mine only has 3..!

Replace the entire internal cartridge. Easy to do I bought mine off Ali Express for around £90 delivered for the wife's frv. No more issues

Any idea what to search for on Ali Express?

Open your DVD rom first and read the model number off the internal rom drive and just put that in the search.

This was the one for our FRV but I think the Accord is a different internal unit
