Why does my 2004 2.4 Petrol not have Bluetooth, but I see 2006 models with Bluetooth?
Can mine be changed, if so, does anyone know how?
Thanks in advance

Your accord is a preface-lift model (ranges form 2003-2005). Bluetooth hands free kits were an option on your model.

The 2006-2008 accord was the face lift and I think only the Sport and EX (executive) models had them as standard. Also called HFT (hands free telephone)
Face lift had the Bluetooth controls on the steering wheel so it was a more integrated system. The face lift Bluetooth units were unreliable though and had known issues.

You preface lift Bluetooth genuine OEM Honda kit can be bought here.

It installs on the A-pillar, no idea of the performance though.

The pre-facelift unit looks good but performance with newer phones are unknown and may have issues. Might be worth a punt and trying out if you like the OEM-ness of it.

You might be better off installing a parrot system (CK3000 kit) which is the system I have. My Bluetooth face lift HFT died a couple years ago so I went for a parrot system which actually works really well.

Buy the relevant ISO looms to integrate it into the OEM head unit system.
Have a look at this guide. It features a nokia system but easily adaptable to a parrot system

Hope it helps

Correct me if I am wrong guys :)
